Job Description
New Farm Confectionery is on the lookout for a strategic yet hands-on marketing leader to drive our eCommerce and marketing efforts across all business pillars - retail, corporate, wholesale, cooking school, and our growing online store. We’re an exciting brand known for our handmade, artisanal chocolate and confectionery, but we’re still a tight-knit team - so while you’ll be steering strategy, you’ll also be on the tools and in the campaigns daily, executing, and making sure things happen. You’ll split your time between our production locations (Newstead and Windsor) and our partner agency (Fortitude Valley) office, working alongside our team and external experts to bring marketing initiatives to life. What you'll do Own & grow our existing eCommerce channels - with current channels of focus being EDMs and Meta Ads. Explore new platforms - Where can we scale? TikTok? Google Ads? You’ll test, learn, and optimise for ROAS and understand what metrics move the needle. Support our retail, corporate, and wholesale teams - Ensuring they have the marketing assets and tactics they need. Be results-focused - Set targets, track progress, and communicate insights that inform our broader teams. Improve customer experience - Work closely with logistics to enhance customer service and broader experience. Work with our agency partners - Briefing in content, design, and video to execute strong campaigns. Who you are Experienced in eCommerce growth, digital marketing, and performance advertising. A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, growing business. Comfortable with hands-on execution - not just strategy, but doing the work. A strong communicator who can bring ideas to life (with agency support as required). Passionate about customer experience and the role marketing plays in driving brand love.
