Role Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Operations will be the key executive leader responsible for running the day-to-day operations and implementing major business improvement projects across all countries, regions, and businesses within the organisation. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Running the day-to-day operations of the business Leadership of the business improvement team Lead the transformation of the businesses within the group What our client is looking for: Professional Services experience A strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma methodologies A strong track record of leadership Business process re-engineering expert Expertise in driving resource optimisation, cost management, and property utilisation strategies A client-centric approach The Offer This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and high-performing operational leader to advance their career in an international business.
