Health and Response Management Specialist About the Role Hastings Deering is on the hunt for a Health and Response Management Specialist to join our award-winning team in Brisbane. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role. As a Health and Response Management Specialist you will : Contribute to injury management, including first response early intervention and claims management. Develop and deliver impactful programs that promote employee health, wellbeing, and resilience, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. Lead all aspects of emergency service capabilities including specialist care, fire safety, and training in emergency management situations across our branches in South-East Queensland and Northern Territory. Coordinate the provision of advanced casualty first aid training, first-aider management, and hazardous manual task training. Support team members experiencing health-related impacts. Maintain and update injury management records / files databases accurately, confidentially, and timely relevant to business needs. About You A successful teammate will have experience in : Qualifications in Nursing, Paramedic Science, or similar. Drug and alcohol testing certification.
