As the Health Clinician within the Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse & Neglect (PARVAN) team, you will work with PARVAN services to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary healthcare teams. In this role, you will maintain therapeutic and professional relationships with clients as well as families, groups, and communities within the Drug & Alcohol and PARVAN services. You will be required to assist with building collaborative clinical relationships and capacity-building initiatives to improve the response to violence, abuse and neglect within the Drug & Alcohol Service. You will also play a key role in collaborating with PARVAN services for the NSW Health's Adult Survivors Program – a specialist integrated program for adult survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs.
