Recently modernized in late 2023, the club looks amazing, is incredibly clean with all new equipment. We provide a supportive, community-driven environment where members can achieve their fitness goals with the help of expert personal trainers and the Snap App for progress tracking. The Role: We are seeking a fun, highly motivated and sales driven Club Manager to take charge of our health club with a great opportunity to make it their own. As Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management and operations of the club including lead generation, sales, management of PTs, and building and maintaining strong relationships with members and the local community. Who We Are Looking For: You must be dynamic, forward-thinking and passionate about making a difference to our members and our community, by offering THE best in health and fitness facilities and service. While experience in the Fitness industry is a bonus, you must have a proven track record in sales including business to business, corporate development and customer-facing roles ideally in a management capacity. Skills and qualifications required: Extensive Sales & Management Experience with the ability to achieve KPIs Strong industry experience A great customer-oriented and friendly personality Excellent leadership and organizational skills Current First Aid and CPR (or higher qualification) Cert III & IV in Fitness (preferred) Right to work in Australia Skills that would be of benefit (but not essential as full training will be provided): Business Management experience/qualifications Role is a full-time position. Attractive Package, up to $70,000 OTE (depending on experience) in addition to monthly & quarterly bonuses with super on top.
