We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Health Coach to work with new and pre-existing clients in Launceston, Tasmania. Can offer 2-3 days per week Deliver mental health coaching services to Tasmanian emergency services personnel under the MyPulse Program ( Provide evidence-based strategies to improve mental health, build resilience, and promote overall wellbeing Work closely with other professionals including psychologists, counsellors, and organisational stakeholders to ensure integrated care. Maintain accurate and confidential case notes adhering to professional standards and compliance requirements About You Proven experience in mental health coaching, counselling, or related fields Tertiary qualification & registration with AHPRA Provisional or full registration or ASORC or AASW Expertise in behavioural skills training and evidence-based approaches to mental health Proven ability to support individuals in high-pressure environments particularly within the emergency services Current National Police Check Your Next Step If this sounds like the right role for you then apply now!
