Your contribution within this team will help streamline processes and contribute to vital clinical data management in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment. In this role you will be required to: Manage and digitise clinical documents for electronic medical records. Assist with the creation of new records and manage records destruction. Process offsite storage record requests with efficiency and accuracy. Maintain record integrity while meeting productivity and accuracy targets. Contribute to the seamless integration of hybrid healthcare records. Selection Criteria: Experience in an administrative position and/or knowledge and experience in health administrative functions. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines. Proven attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors. Developed computer skills and/or experience with document imaging, patient administration systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent customer service skills with sound oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work as a productive team member and contribute to a positive team culture. Demonstrated understanding of privacy and confidentiality principles and how they are applied in the hospital setting.
