Health Professional (Allied Health or Assistant, Nursing) Occupational Health A great opportunity exists for an experienced health professional who is interested in performing health assessments and administration tasks on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be working 6 hours a day, 4 days a week with flexibility to cover for team members' sick leave and annual leave. About Happy Health Adelaide Located in Kent Town, Happy Health specialises in providing high quality workplace health services to employers across Adelaide and surrounds. Our services include pre-employment and routine health surveillance assessments both in our office and onsite. The role includes strategising and advising employers on ways of reducing health risks within the work environment. About the Role We are seeking an experienced health professional to work in our wonderful team based in Kent Town. Your role would be to assess, coach, and monitor the health and wellbeing of workers and to provide additional administration support to the team. The successful candidate will be experienced in, or be motivated to gain experience in, a wide range of occupational health assessments and administrative tasks. Applicants for the role would need to meet the following criteria: Possess demonstrated ability in conducting health and functional assessments. Experience in delivering audiometry, spirometry, and drug & alcohol testing would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided if needed. The ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and fellow team members. A strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and concise reports in a timely manner. A strong work ethic and good time management skills to ensure appointments run on time to meet our customers' needs. Value working in a team and be willing to provide assistance and support to fellow team members. Actively encourage and support continuous improvement measures. Understand the importance of always maintaining confidentiality and privacy. Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the capacity to learn and adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and procedures. Have a current driver's license and be confident in driving an automatic Mercedes Sprinter van which is used to deliver on-site health assessments.
