The Opportunity Based in Malaga, WA, with regular site visits, Cleanaway has an opportunity for a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Advisor to oversee HSE operations exclusively with one of our Tier 1 Oil & Gas clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual for this unique role that offers the chance to implement contemporary health, safety and environmental practices across two major LNG plants. Key Responsibilities: Coach and influence frontline leaders and workers, engaging teams to establish high safety standards in everyday work. Collaborate with client-based HSE teams and stakeholders to effectively partner to deliver key changes or requirements. Ensure on-site compliance with Cleanaway's and the Client’s HSE standards. Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and communicate progress with key stakeholders. About You Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, mining or waste management is highly regarded. Proven stakeholder engagement and ability to act as the primary liaison between Cleanaway and Client, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Strong influencing abilities and capability to work with a broad range of stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing health, safety, and environmental challenges. Demonstrated experience in a HSE advisory role in a skilled or industrial labour environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely. Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety are preferred.
