About the role Reporting to the Director Service Delivery, this role will: Lead our Health and Wellbeing function Provide strategic improvements to psychosocial, health and safety products and services Lead the design and delivery of health and safety workshops and training Complete organisational, team and job psychosocial risk assessments Assist with generalist safety consulting Analyse and interpret Health and Safety Index data to provide insights and recommendations Collaborate with our partners in a global setting to provide support and strategic advice About you The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be a team player who can seamlessly integrate across all levels of an organisation.
