About the Role As a Healthcare Account Coordinator – NSW Health, you will: Achieve Sales Targets: Deliver staffing solutions to meet client demand while achieving placement and revenue goals. Service Key Accounts: Act as the primary liaison for NSW Health stakeholders, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Coordinate Staffing Needs: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure timely placement of candidates. Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders across Local Health Districts. Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the account’s potential within the established framework. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with NSW Health standards. About You We’re looking for someone who has: A proven track record in account coordination, client services, or recruitment (healthcare experience is an advantage). Experience working with sales targets and achieving measurable outcomes. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and seize opportunities. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
