Healthcare Manager Lead - Warrnambool - Lead Group This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals within our medium/large facility, located in Victoria's South West Coast. The internal structure includes multiple roles such as Clinical Manager, Quality and Education Partner, Rostering officers, AN-ACC Support, and 24-hour RNs and Care team. As the Clinical Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading staff, overseeing infection control, supporting operational leadership, maintaining documentation, and ensuring person-first care.
