Looking for an 8:6 local roster? Well, Force is offering just that for any experienced Rebuild -Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanics who want to join our Guildford Workshop. The Perks: EARN UP TO $180K FOR NEARLY HALF A YEAR’S WORK DAY SHIFT ONLY PAID LUNCH BREAKS 5 WEEKS ANNUAL LEAVE FORTNIGHTLY PAYS PRIVATE HEALTHCARE DISCOUNTS 11.5% SUPER PAID ON ALL HOURS WORKED CAREER PROGRESSION AND STABILITY What your day looks like: Completing rebuilds on a variety of CAT machines from ancillary to haul trucks. Performing quality checks throughout the rebuild process to ensure all work adheres to high standards of accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot mechanical faults, including use of OEM diagnostic systems. What we’ll need from you: Minimum 2 years’ experience working on CAT rebuilds (mandatory) Must have full working rights within Australia Strong diagnostic skills to accurately identify the root causes of mechanical issues. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Competent with CAT SISand ET Australian recognised Heavy Duty Mechanical Trade Certificate Current Australian Drivers Licence Quick, apply now!
