Heavy Vehicle Driver (Dangerous Goods) - Gladstone Coogee Chemicals is an innovative and highly successful private company pursuing growth through the supply of industrial, agricultural and mineral processing chemicals to the Australian and International markets. Our expansive operations in WA, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria provide numerous products and services, including chemical manufacturing, tank terminals and transport, to a variety of clients across the region. We are seeking a full-time permanent Heavy Vehicle Driver (Rigid / Semi / Linehaul - Dangerous Goods) to undertake duties within our transport fleet at our Gladstone Acid Terminal site. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Timely and efficient delivery of our products to meet client requirements; Loading and unloading of vehicle tankers; Rigid / Linehaul work will require overnight travel; Adherence to both company and client site operational and HSE requirements; Acting as a face for the business and maintaining a high professional standard at all times. The successful candidate will need to possess the following (selection criteria): Current Heavy Vehicle (MC) licence as a minimum; Road Ranger is essential; Demonstrated experience within transport operations; Experience in multi-drop deliveries - desirable, but not essential; Demonstrable commitment to high quality customer service; Mechanical knowledge - desirable, but not essential; Current TLIF0005 - Apply Fatigue Management Strategies (BFM) qualifications or the willingness to obtain; Holds a current DG licence or willing to obtain; Hazard Facility and/or Fuel/Chemical industry Dangerous Goods experience would be highly regarded.
