Are you a passionate and driven Counter Manager who is experienced and enjoys working within the beauty industry? This could be the perfect role for you as you lead the Hermes Counter at Myer Bondi . Cosmax Prestige Brands are Australia’s leading independent importer and distributor of prestige fragrances, skincare, and cosmetics. Over the past three decades, Cosmax has built an international reputation for growing successful fragrance and cosmetic brands and products throughout the Australian domestic retail markets. Our brands include Hermes, Guerlain, Bvlgari, Coach, Issey Miyake, Jimmy Choo, Kenzo, Lacoste, Montblanc, Nuxe, Narciso Rodriguez, and many more. The role: As the Hermes Counter Manager , you will share your expertise with our customers and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations for the perfect fragrance and beauty ensemble. You will drive counter outcomes, ensuring counter sales targets are achieved and team members are representing the brand in line with all brand guidelines. You will ensure the overall operation of your counter is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. You will also be required to create, book, and manage all in-store counter events. Minimum requirements: Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience Qualified makeup artist or beauty therapist Department store experience Impeccable presentation and grooming Highly developed communication skills Available to work permanent part-time at 36 hours per week with flexibility across key trading hours including late nights and weekends as well as flex ups during promotions and events Positive and motivated individual who is outcome-focused Full work rights within Australia. The role will provide you with: Ongoing training and development Attractive commission and incentive structure The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the Australian retail department store environment.
