About the Role: We are seeking a High-level Data Entry Specialist to provide critical administrative support to our business. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth flow of data and operational efficiency across our transport network, directly influencing customer satisfaction and business performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate data related to freight bookings, manifests, and delivery schedules. Process and verify high volumes of data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate run sheets, proof of delivery documentation, and pallet control efficiently. Handle customer and freight-related inquiries via phone and email with professionalism. Support debriefing processes, ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines. Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize workflows and data management practices. Facilitate customer KPI reporting , ensuring accurate tracking, analysis, and reporting of performance metrics to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a high-level data entry or administrative role, preferably within the transport or logistics industry. Exceptional data management skills with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and analytical problem-solving . Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and adapt to changing demands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
