Job Description
Job Title: Labouring High Reach Forklift Driver Location: Hemmant, Brisbane Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Pay Rate: $37+ per hour About the Company: Based in Hemmant, our client is a leading global player in the supply chain network, connecting food producers, processors, distributors, quick-serve restaurants, and retailers to consumers. Specializing in FMCG and temperature-controlled infrastructures, they are currently seeking a Forklift Operator for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities: Operate high reach forklifts safely and efficiently within a freezer environment (-20°C). Move stock within the cold storage facility. Load and unload trucks for receivables and dispatch. Perform order picking on high reach forklifts. Stock replenishment and product transfers. Use RF scanning for inventory management. Check and verify paperwork for accuracy. Follow safe work practices at all times. Perform manual handling duties as required. What We’re Looking For: A valid forklift licence with at least 2 years of high reach experience. Experience working in freezing cold environments (-20°C) is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify paperwork accurately. Knowledge of RF scanning and warehouse operations. A strong commitment to safety and the ability to handle manual tasks.
