Add expected salary to your profile for insights As the Customer Service Lead at Carbar iDrive Rentals, you will manage daily operations, including delivering exceptional customer service to our customers, mentoring and coaching team members, and ensuring the fleet integrity of the hire car and subscription department. Your integral role involves championing organisational values to achieve business objectives, acting as a key contact and relationship champion for clients in Brisbane, and collaborating with internal stakeholders across various locations. Responsibilities Manage daily site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Drive performance to meet and exceed business targets and objectives. Provide proactive team support, stepping in when needed to maintain seamless service delivery. Foster a strong organisational culture by upholding and promoting company values. Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions. Consistently uphold high service standards and exceed customer expectations. Handle customer concerns and complaints with confidence and professionalism. Perform administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail. Prepare vehicles for rental and subscription, including thorough detailing and inspections. Communicate effectively and professionally via phone and email, ensuring a positive customer experience. Requirements A current resume and cover letter detailing your background, and motivation for applying for this role. At least two (2) years of experience in a rental service department or a similar role, with supervisory experience. A full, valid driver’s licence held for at least six months with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a fast-paced team. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. A high level of technical competency. Willingness to undergo pre-employment checks, including a national police check and/or driving record check. Full-time availability (Monday to Friday), with flexibility to work occasional Saturdays (a day in lieu will be provided).
