We are seeking multiple roles for Escape Parks Operations in Far North Queensland: Mission Beach Caravan Park - Facilities Cleaner and Guest Service Operator (Casual) Guest Service Operator: Tasks Handle the daily operations of the reception which includes, but not limited to the following activities: Opening and closing of office reception Managing phone calls and other correspondence Making bookings and attending to booking requests and enquiries Payment processing and handling Guest and booking management Maintain cleanliness of the office reception Cleaning of the amenities Facilities Cleaner: Tasks Critical position to the Facilities Cleaner is responsible for the following activities: Day-to-day cleaning of all facilities in accordance with the cleaning program Support the Facilities Manager and Regional Manager in managing the preventative facilities program Multiple site cleaning to support a full-day roster.
