About the role We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to join our team at Century 21 Coast Property in The Entrance, New South Wales. As a Holliday Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our clients' holiday letting properties, ensuring efficient and effective property management. This is a full-time position. What you'll be doing Managing a portfolio of holiday letting properties, including property inspections, maintenance coordination, and guest management Coordinating with landlords to ensure their properties are well-maintained and guests' needs are addressed promptly Conducting thorough property inspections and providing detailed reports to landlords Handling all aspects of the booking process, including advertising and guest screening Effectively managing cleaners and other tradespeople Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and guest records Providing excellent customer service to both landlords and guests What we're looking for Hold a current Certificate of Registration/Class 2 Licence or are willing to obtain Driver’s licence with access to a reliable vehicle A knowledge of the Short-Term Rental Accommodation Code of Conduct and other relevant compliance legislation is an advantage Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, guests, and tradespeople Proficient in using computer software programs and technology in general Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Eagerness to learn from experienced team members Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and ability to multitask effectively Proven capability to perform well under pressure Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a diverse workload A positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service What we offer At Century 21 Coast Property, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
