Home Care Franchise Manager (Aged Care/ NDIS) Exciting Opportunity: Home Care Franchise Manager (Aged Care/ NDIS) Part time- 3-4 days per week or equivalent shorter hours over 5 days (on site/ hybrid/ work from home) Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for Home Care services? We are looking for a Franchise Manager to oversee and drive the success of our Home Care Franchisees. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established brand, supporting franchisees in delivering high-quality, personalised in-home care services.This is a flexible part time role which has the potential to become full time if desired by the successful candidate. About the Role: As a Franchise Manager , you will provide strategic oversight and operational support to Home Care Franchisees, remotely across Australia. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer experiences, compliance with industry standards and sustainable business growth. Working closely with franchise owners, you will help drive operational efficiency, workforce management and service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a network of Home Care Franchisees, ensuring operational success through team building and conflict resolution. Guide Home Care funding portfolios, including HCP, CHSP, PHN and other funding streams. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, aged care and NDIS standards and company policies. Develop and implement business growth strategies in collaboration with Franchisees and Franchisors to increase networks and drive referral pathways. Foster partnerships with external service providers to expand support networks and enhance franchise offerings. Strengthen brand presence and community engagement through events, social media and franchisee activities. Foster a culture of excellence, engagement and continuous improvement within the franchise network. Report to the Divisional Franchisor and management team on a regular basis. Prepare and deliver monthly franchisee meetings, both in person and online. What We Offer: A leadership role within a rapidly expanding Home Care business. Strong understanding of Aged Care Standards, NDIS standards and compliance requirements. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans. Experience in managing teams and leading a multi-site or regional business. Strong commercial acumen with financial management expertise. Track record in customer engagement, retention, and advocacy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Franchisees and referral networks.
