From Home Care services to NDIS support, we are committed to delivering personalised care tailored to individual needs and lifestyles.About the Role: We have a newly created role in our rapidly expanding Home Care Business for a Regional Manager to lead and oversee Home Care operations across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. This newly created strategic role ensures exceptional customer experience in the delivery of in-home care services to our customers.Leading a team of Home Care Managers, you’ll provide strategic oversight across care management, rostering, service delivery, recruitment, and workforce functions. You’ll also work closely with clinical teams ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our customers.Partnering with the Head of Growth & Partnerships, you’ll ensure operational capacity for expansion while collaborating with the Exec GM to achieve business targets.If you’re a strong leader with a passion for Home Care excellence, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Home Care Leaders Oversee Home Care funding portfolios (HCP, CHSP, PHN, VHA) Provide clinical oversight for the region P&L responsibility and cost control for the region Prepare teams for SAH readiness Ensure compliance with HCA and Aged Care standards Drive employee engagement and role model 1HCA behaviours Set and monitor KPI performance across key roles (CCMs, Rostering, SDTL, Recruitment) Strengthen HCA’s brand presence in key regions Collaborate with Marketing to develop business growth strategies Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification (preferably in Health/Clinical) 7+ years of leadership experience in Aged Care with a strong understanding of Aged Care Standards Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans Extensive experience managing teams and leaders in a national or multi-state organisation Strong commercial acumen with P&L management expertise Track record in driving customer engagement, retention, and advocacy (measured by churn & NPS) Experience in Home Care operations and efficiency improvements Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Our culture and benefits: We work together as a team, we never forget that we’re people-focused, and we respect relationships with each other.HCA provides a flexible and inclusive workplace culture where you have access to excellent benefits, including access to extra leave with a day off for your birthday plus a rewards and benefits platform.We are focused on the continual growth and development of our team.
