This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded organisation dedicated to supporting older Australians with quality in-home care services. As a Home Care Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping clients access government-funded Home Care Packages (HCP) and fee-for-service offerings, ensuring they receive the care they need to remain independent for longer. This brand-new role is an exciting opportunity to be the first in a position designed from the ground up, shaping its direction and impact from day one. About the Role Develop and manage a pipeline of new client leads, converting inquiries into home care service agreements. Engage directly with residents in retirement villages, providing guidance on available care options and government funding. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and retirement village managers. Drive new business growth through direct outreach, referral networks, and community engagement. Educate potential clients on My Aged Care processes and eligibility for home care funding. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to service delivery. Newly created position within the organisation – have the opportunity to shape scope of the role. About You Proven experience in sales within home care or a related industry (aged care, healthcare, or NDIS). Strong understanding of government-funded home care services and the My Aged Care system. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships. A proactive approach to sales, with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions. Comfortable working in a field-based role, engaging with clients face-to-face. A genuine passion for helping people navigate the aged care system and access the support they need.
