About the Role Role type: Permanent, full time NEW HYBRID roles, 50% WFH and 50% in office split and flexible shifts available from Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm and potentially weekend options - multiple roles available. These roles will be based in our newly formed Digital Lending team and will be a centralised team of specialist lenders, connecting with our customers predominantly via video and voice. They will offer a hybrid working model, split between working from home and working in the office at 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane. What will your day look like? As an ANZ Home & Investment Lending Executive, your knowledge of the local market will help you build strong relationships with customers so you can coach them through the home loan journey and deliver an exceptional customer experience. To grow in the role and invest in your future, you will build your own lending capability with great training and development opportunities and specialised coaching support. What will you bring? Demonstrated residential lending and retail banking experience Experience working in a sales role that has financial targets would be advantageous, but is not mandatory Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and relationship building expertise Strong customer focus and the ability to effectively network Financial savvy, with a keen attention to detail An active user and promoter of technology The ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable Excellent communication skills A proactive attitude and the desire to be part of a productive team You’re not expected to have 100% of these skills.
