About the Role: Are you passionate about the home building industry and ready to make a significant impact? As a House and Land Coordinator, you will craft compelling house and land packages, strategically advertised to enhance our market presence. This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales team and building strong relationships with land developers, driving the success of our projects across Queensland and New South Wales. Job Description: Develop enticing house and land packages that resonate with our target audience. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to optimize package visibility. Produce house and land packages in Queensland and New South Wales. Distribute reports of current packages on Coral Homes' webpage and realestate.com to all Sales Consultants. Research and monitor competitor activity. Report on House and Land performance. Monitor website activity, load and remove packages within prescribed time frames, and upload images. Create flyers for house and land packages. Upload documents and reports to the relevant computer directory and update the Company database on sales progress. Support Sales Consultants with pricing and site plans. Update sales consultant details on realestate.com and in-house systems. Update the database with any pricing or promotional changes. Skills and Experience: A confident, professional manner – self-driven and enthusiastic. Proven experience in the home building industry, specifically in house and land coordination, is preferred. Disciplined self-starter and results-driven individual with strong team collaboration skills. Excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret residential plans. Consistent and high standard of work quality. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Current, unencumbered driver's license.
