Job Description

Amelia Park Racing & Breeding is a breeding, spelling and pre-training facility located in Vasse WA.We are currently seeking an experienced rider to support with pre-training and management of our operations.Horse training and management experience is a must for this position.Key Responsibilities Ride trackwork for horses in pre-training Training of horses Work confidently with young and green horses, ensuring safe and consistent progression Contribute, support and oversee the daily horse management, including feeding, grooming, general care and education Requirements Proven trackwork riding experience Extensive experience with young and green horses Previous experience as a horse trainer Strong management skills including experience overseeing and managing a team Dedication to maintaining the high standards of care provided at the property Reliable, punctual and team-orientated What We Offer Competitive renumeration and a supportive team environment (65-75k neg) Opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the thoroughbred racing and breeding industries Potential for growth and additional responsibilities for the right candidate If you feel that you have the skills required to contribute positively to the Amelia Park team, please send your resume and a brief outline of your relevant experience (including previous management and horse training experience) to #J-18808-Ljbffr
