Permanent full-time position 38 hours per week Essendon Fields Location Above Award Rates + superannuation Are you a natural leader with a green thumb and an eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Horticulturist. This full-time position offers 38 hours per week, a competitive annual salary, and superannuation benefits. As a Horticulturist, you will predominantly work in the Essendon Fields Precinct on small and large landscape projects, focusing on planting, plant identification, and health of all new planting projects. An MR truck license is an advantage. Responsibilities Assist with leading a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning, and fertilising. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
