Due to growth in our business, we are seeking an ambitious and energetic person to join our Oncology team at Sun Pharma ANZ. We are currently recruiting for a Hospital/Specialty Sales Representative to support the growth of our Oncology portfolio, which includes the launch of a new PBS listing to treat advanced prostate cancer and product launch in New Zealand. Exciting new opportunity in a Global company Location – Victoria Full time permanent positions Competitive remuneration package plus quarterly performance bonus On job training, development and career progression The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive sales with key hospitals and HCPs involved in the management of advanced prostate cancer, and support sales growth of greater oncology portfolio Develop strong product and disease state knowledge and effectively disseminate complex information to experts in oncology Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key accounts with creation of business plans that identify unmet needs, opportunities and solutions for HCPs and patients Actively utilise sales reports and assess evolving treatment landscape to inform strategic resource allocation Regularly feedback and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing strategic implementation of sales and marketing plans Consistently update and maintain CRM system with quality customer data To be successful in this role you will be: Highly motivated and ambitious to achieve sales results Driven to understand and meet customer/patient needs with a solutions focused mindset Strong business acumen and key account management capabilities Ability to think strategically and outside the box to drive access and add value Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with your manager, colleagues and cross-functionally Experience demonstrating sales success in the pharmaceutical sales role or similar Previous oncology sales experience is an asset but not a necessity Degree educated - ideally in health sciences or business Able to travel regularly Why Work for Us?
