Rydges Armidale is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic & switched-on Property Manager or Management couple to lead the team and oversee the day-to-day operations of an established property. Comprising of 56 suites, Ottoman Restaurant & The Cellar bar, this property is the destination of choice when visiting our region. The successful applicants will have: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment Knowledge of Property Management Systems - Opera would be highly regarded Strong background in hospitality management operations Proven experience in leading and engaging a team to provide an optimal Customer Experience in a hotel environment Operational knowledge and experience in all hotel departments with a strong focus on rooms divisions, food & beverage, revenue and yield management. Experience in cost control management Proven experience in driving and achieving top line revenue and bottom line results Ability to develop a budget and make sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently Mandala Hospitality Group has multiple properties throughout the east coast of Australia.
