This job is only for ABROAD, (not for INDIA location) Call & WhatsApp to Ms.Neha-9870170629 Job Responsibility: Manage hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Develop and implement hotel policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality. Monitor hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management. Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, ensuring high levels of performance and professionalism. Address guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to attract guests and maximize occupancy rates. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and licensing requirements. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to maintain hotel amenities and services. Prepare reports and analyze hotel performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
