As a Hotel Porter, you will embody confidence and possess a deep understanding of how to create a truly unique guest experience. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our hotel, providing outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression. A few of your responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, addressing their requests and inquiries with warmth and professionalism. Provide clear directions within the hotel and share valuable information about the surrounding areas. Efficiently handle, store, and deliver luggage to guest rooms. Valet park and retrieve guests’ vehicles with precision and care. Maintain our parking facilities to the highest standards. What We’re Looking For: A friendly and welcoming approach that exemplifies exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance. A solid knowledge of the local area and upcoming Sydney events. High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude. A valid Australian driver’s license.
