Job Description
Pavilion on Northbourne seeks energetic, passionate professionals who strive to achieve excellence in customer service. A part time receptionist and/or a part time night auditor/porter. As one of the first points of contact, you will be responsible for: The check-in and check-out of hotel guests, maintaining guest accounts, taking reservations, answering all calls, and assisting with all guest requests. Driving revenue targets by effectively upselling to guests. Ensuring that all guests feel welcome and comfortable. Checks and balances as the night auditor.
