You will be reporting to the Hotel Services Manager. This role will require you to: Maintain food hygiene, a clean working area, and safety practices Deliver food & beverages to the hospital patients and staff Ensure a high standard of cleanliness through all areas of the hospital is maintained in line with infection control guidelines Work productively in a team whilst independently managing your workload Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also be punctual, reliable, and committed to genuine, friendly customer service. You will demonstrate: Previous experience in a catering or housekeeping role desirable, but not essential Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus Compliance with HACCP, Food Safety, and Workplace Health and Safety Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable) Strong understanding of infection control procedures Availability across a 7-day roster, including morning and afternoon shifts What’s in it for you?
