About the Role The House Coordinator at St John Paul II College plays a key role in creating a supportive and engaging school community. This leadership position involves overseeing the academic and pastoral care of students within their House, organising events, and fostering school spirit. You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and students to ensure the growth, development, and well-being of each individual. By cultivating a positive and inclusive environment, you’ll help shape strong student identities and contribute to a unified school culture, making a lasting impact on the lives of young people.
