We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to our high standards. Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate department. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist in deep cleaning and special projects as required. Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred. Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs. Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Basic English language proficiency for communicating with guests and team members. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques a plus.
