Sea Sea Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our guests enjoy an immaculate and comfortable stay. The Role: As the Housekeeping Manager , you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the hotel. You’ll lead, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team to ensure every room and public area meets and exceeds guest expectations. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services. Recruit, train, and manage a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency. Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment. Address guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel or similar environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, including use of equipment and cleaning techniques. Familiarity with health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
