The Role Overseeing the housekeeping department where you will direct a medium sized team to ensure all guest accommodation is serviced daily in line with the operational checklists. Duties Complete hands-on training of all housekeeping personnel Effective communication within the department, front office and guests by providing updates on changes to resort products, improvement to guest satisfaction and team performance Report maintenance requirements for guest accommodation and public areas to the Maintenance Manager, monitoring to ensure prompt action has been taken Ensuring rooms for new staff arrivals are prepared Ensuring the staff communal areas are kept clean and well stocked for toiletry needs Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Housekeeping Management role High levels of energy and enthusiasm Exceptional attention to detail Ability to lead a team and create a fantastic work environment A fun, energetic, hardworking and lively personality!
