About the Role: We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Business Partner to step into a parental leave cover role. Someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, go the extra mile, and bring heart and passion to everything they do. In this role, you’ll support us in delivering key initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. You’ll be the trusted go-to for all things HR, working closely with our Field and Retail teams to ensure our people feel supported, motivated, and inspired to do their best work. What you will bring: A collaborative mindset, a passion for sharing knowledge, and a commitment to learning from your teammates to drive collective success. Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders. A well-rounded understanding of all HR functions, with a strong emphasis on Employee and Industrial Relations. A passion for Learning and Development, with the creativity to design engaging content for LMS platforms or interactive workshops that inspire enthusiasm for learning. Extensive experience in hospitality or retail, offering valuable insight into fast-paced, customer-focused environments. The ability to effectively align HR goals with broader business strategies. Confidence in working collaboratively within a diverse and inclusive team setting. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently. Strong communication skills, characterised by clarity, conciseness, and constructiveness. Accreditation in Human Synergistics tools such as LSI (or similar) is highly desirable.
