Human Resources Information System Analyst Your new organization You will be part of a well-established State Government Organization that focuses on providing justice for Victorians in both metropolitan and regional locations. The Court exercises powers across a number of jurisdictions including civil, criminal, family law, and intervention orders. The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible, and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community. Skills/Experience for this role: Over 3 years’ experience as a BA/HR Analyst Data reporting, analytics, and data manipulation Ability to build reports from data Analysing and managing data for HR staffing including org chart/reporting line Experience in platforms such as – Chris21, Oracle, or SAP SuccessFactors HCM is desirable Process analytics (As-Is To-Be) Staffing/operational analytics and design Experience working with HR/staffing data Organisational redesign experience in government/non-government contexts Experience in small project teams and hands-on work Ability to work independently What do you need to do now Does this sound like you?
