Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources officer to bolster their developing Human Resources department. Our ideal candidate will take ownership of the Human Resources function and play a key role in supporting this dynamic and growing business by ensuring best practice HR systems and resource management. As well as traditional HR officers, if you are an office manager who has had some exposure to HR and are seeking a developmental opportunity, this is the opportunity for you! What You Need: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-level HR, including experience inContract drafting and administration Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Performance review Policy review Coordination of subcontractors Safety regulation and monitoring Strong communications, organisational and autonomous working skills.
