What You’ll Be Doing Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you’ll play an essential role in managing HR operations, supporting the team, and driving key projects. Your day-to-day will include: HR Projects & Operations Enhance performance management processes and onboarding programs. Keep our workplace safe with updated WHS policies and streamlined reporting. Ensure compliance with Modern Awards and Fair Work requirements. Recruitment & Onboarding Create engaging job ads, coordinate interviews, and improve onboarding experiences. Engagement & Development Organise training programs, staff surveys, and recognition initiatives that foster engagement. General HR Support Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries with a friendly, professional approach. Be a go-to person for the team, providing guidance and support where needed. What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with: Experience: At least 2 years in an HR role or similar, with knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and WHS frameworks. Organisational Skills: You can juggle multiple priorities and still keep an eye on the details. A Team-First Attitude: Collaborative, approachable, and eager to make a difference. A Proactive Approach: You love finding ways to improve processes and create positive change.
