Based in our new APAC Head Office at Macquarie Park, this part-time role (4 days per week) offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, growing organization while enjoying flexibility in your schedule. About the Role: As our Human Resources Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the team across the full HR spectrum. Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Providing advice and support on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance. Leading employee engagement and retention initiatives. Supporting performance management, training, and development programs. Ensuring HR systems and records are up to date and compliant. About You: We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional with: Proven experience in a similar HR role. Strong knowledge of Australian workplace legislation and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for driving employee engagement and well-being. The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
