The Role : The Midwife Manager – Birthing Services is an important leadership role responsible for the operational management and strategic direction of the Birthing Services team at John Hunter Hospital. This role oversees the Birth Suite, Maternity Assessment Day Unit (MADU), Birth Centre, Hunter Midwifery Group Practice, Belmont Midwifery Group Practice, and the M3 Team.
