Reporting to the Hydrocarbon Manager for Supply and Trading Commercial, you will have a keen interest in supply chain operations. This role will expose you to the costs and end-to-end processes across the entire Supply Chain. You need to be an analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. This role requires strong communication skills, and you will be curious by nature and innovative in your thinking. Job Description The Hydrocarbon Analyst will: Reconcile and track Hydrocarbon Inventory. Provide effective stakeholder management with internal teams. Review/challenge or process supplier invoices. Review invoices for accuracy. Provide leave cover for Hydrocarbon Analysts. Qualifications Ideally Tertiary qualified (Business, Logistics / Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance / Commerce). Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Procurement and supply chain knowledge advantageous. Inventory/stock reconciliation experience. JDE and Power BI experience preferred. Possess clear verbal and written communication. Attention to detail, well-organised and comfortable with managing data. Effective collaborator skilled in stakeholder engagement. If you have a passion for working in Supply Chain and love working with people, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled analyst. We are looking for a fast learner who holds a healthy proficiency in Excel (able to work with large amounts of data).
