Base pay range A$750.00/yr - A$850.00/yr Davidson are partnering with our Queensland Government client, seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to assist with Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR business requirements and documentation. Hybrid model, Brisbane CBD. The Role As an ICT Business Analyst, you will assist with delivering Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR system transformation. This will include gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting the procurement and implementation of a new system. Key Responsibilities: Leading the validation and documentation of Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR requirements. Capturing high-level as-is and to-be processes to support system transition. Assisting with system procurement and ensuring alignment with existing platforms. Facilitating process design changes through business and systems analysis. Supporting implementation phases, including configuration, testing, and data migration. About You You are an experienced ICT Business Analyst with a strong background in ERP Payroll and Timekeeping systems. You thrive in stakeholder-driven environments, can manage end-to-end business requirements, and have a keen eye for process optimisation. To be successful, you will have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on ERP Payroll and Timekeeping systems, including large-scale implementations. Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation, with the ability to work effectively in collaborative and dynamic teams. Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with diverse stakeholders (experience in local government and councils is advantageous). Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working within agile and adaptive delivery environments.
