About the role TAFE Gippsland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT specialist to join our team in this key role. As an integral part of the ICT Technology Roadmap 2025-2026 programme, this position will be instrumental in enhancing technology capabilities and improving the digital experience for our students, staff, and stakeholders. The ICT Business & Systems Analyst will be crucial in driving operational efficiency, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring IT systems align with business objectives and user needs. About you You are a highly organised, self-motivated and results oriented professional with the ability to independently plan, execute and report on key deliverables. Demonstrating a strong background in ICT business and analysis skills, combined with strong focus on stakeholder engagement you can build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships both internally and externally. Qualifications and experience A Degree or Diploma in ICT/Business or related discipline is required with extensive relevant business analysis experience Proven ICT business and system analysis skills with a strong focus on delivering required outcomes, defined business processes and improved digital experiences.
