Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an ICT Support and Test Engineer located in Yagoona, NSW. We are seeking a highly skilled IT & CRM Specialist to optimize business operations through CRM development, IT infrastructure management, and system integration. Key Responsibilities: Customize and manage Zoho CRM for smooth business operations Set up ServiceM8 for trade contractors and home service businesses Integrate LANA CRM with ServiceM8 Configure Contractor Foreman for contractor management Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data protection Provide IT support and help desk management Troubleshoot software & hardware issues Manage cloud computing (AWS) Develop and maintain WordPress websites Manage ERP & construction software (Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6) Support business process optimization through technology Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience with Zoho CRM, ServiceM8, LANA CRM, and Contractor Foreman Strong knowledge of WordPress, IT support, and cybersecurity Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with cloud computing (AWS) and database management Ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
