We’re looking for an ICT Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping how we leverage technology to drive efficiency and innovation. Reporting to the ICT Software Manager – Carelink and SAP, you’ll be at the forefront of gathering business requirements, designing tailored technical solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring functional ideas to life. Working closely with our ICT infrastructure and software development teams, you’ll ensure that business needs are transformed into technical specifications and aligned with system acceptance criteria. From testing and implementation to configuration and onboarding—especially with the Carelink+ suite—you’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless enterprise software management and support. As an ICT Systems Analyst , you will be responsible but not limited to: Participate in the ongoing review of genU’s and Activ’s software portfolio ensuring fit for purpose and alignment with the genU ICT strategic plan. Partner with business and user groups to identify functional improvements and process changes to optimize software suitability. Actively promote internal ICT capabilities to the business to promote a culture of digital awareness and solve business problems. Evaluate and design technical solutions to overcome business challenges and enhance efficiency. Conduct gap analysis to identify changes needed in current IT systems or technology infrastructure to achieve new business objectives or strategies. Collaborate with ICT units and vendors for effective implementation of proposed technology solutions, including automation solutions. Provide IT technical assistance to staff when required, addressing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Drive initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity through automation, managing the complete cycle from identification to implementation. About You Our ideal ICT Systems Analyst will have: 3-5+ years’ software related experience Experience in client management and ERP solutions Experience building strong value driven relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels.
