We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting an IDN National Manager, Operational Support. You will play a pivotal role in providing executive and leadership support to the IDN Senior Contract Director, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of your portfolio. This includes driving compliance, developing strategies for improvement, and managing key stakeholder relationships. Through collaboration with teams and leadership, you will foster an environment of excellence and operational success. In your new role, you will: Provide executive and leadership support, including drafting proposals, correspondence, and reports. Develop strategies and submissions to senior management on policy and legislative changes. Lead and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values. Oversee compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards, addressing issues proactively. Manage budget performance, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and KPIs. Engage with and motivate teams, providing guidance, training, and succession planning. Monitor and report on contract performance, delivering insights to enhance outcomes. Collaborate with stakeholders, driving innovation and improvements in service delivery. ABOUT YOU You are an experienced and strategic leader with a proven ability to manage complex operational environments. Your exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to lead high-performing teams effectively. To be successful, you will: Demonstrate experience in drafting high-level reports in detention, immigration, or similar industries. Possess strong skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Showcase excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills. Have the ability to mentor, train, and develop employees, fostering a collaborative culture. Meet all compliance requirements, including police checks, health assessments, and vaccinations. Exhibit cross-cultural awareness and an ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
