We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our Data Integration Invoicing & Partnerships team in our Enterprise Solutions and Technology business area. As an IT Change & Release Manager , you will be responsible for the IT Change and Release management lifecycle. This includes prioritisation, scheduling, authorisation, coordinating, communicating, and managing releases end to end across the branch for multiple applications. Releases may involve application updates, operating system patches, security improvements, hardware upgrades, and projects. You will lead and guide the Change and Release team, driving processes and services to manage production releases. You'll identify and promote capability growth opportunities, ensuring governance and high-quality, purpose-fit release packages in collaboration with delivery teams. You’ll also maintain an ATO-wide perspective on the IT Release schedule and operate within the ESM framework. These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD .
